We are supporting a german window manufacturer in finding an international partner for mutual support.
 
Potential cooperation modes
 
          Potential cooperation modes include, but are not limited to:
 
     1. Develop the international market:
 
          a. International partner brings in his market knowledge and sales channels
          b. International partner sets up production in his country
          c. German partner provides product and production know-how
          d. German partner provides training in Germany for international partner’s staff
               as well as technical support for the production facility in his country
 
     2. Develop the german market:
 
          a. German partner takes care of german market, sales, production etc.
          b. Chinese partner invests in the german company
          c. German partner supports the international partner in their german market
          d. Chinese partner can supply components to the german partner
 
Product & Company Introduction
 
          The german company has developed a new window system to produce specialty
          windows, mainly security windows with e.g. anti-burglary protection. There is a growing
          demand for special windows in Germany that is not covered by existing window
          manufacturers (who are running at full capacity). In Germany there are over 3,550
          window manufacturers in total but only 74 are special window manufacturers.
          Core strength of the new technology is a cost efficient manufacturing model to offer high
          quality specialty windows at a lower price than existing competitors. Therefore it is
          possible to realize a high profit margin.
 
          Customers and sales channels for the window system will be sold to and applied by
          architects, engineering offices and of course window manufacturers. End customers for
          the windows are housebuilding as well as single-family houses.
          Logistics and storage: The company has access to water transportation, as well as access
          to large production and stock capacities.
 
Quality
 
     Product quality: Products can be produced at two different quality levels that
     differentiate in optical appearance as well as product lifetime:
 
          1. Standard quality with more simple materials and components
          2. High-end quality with fine wood, aluminum & precious materials
 
     Independent of this quality level but depending on the glass choice, the window / door
     can receive special feature such as:
 
          a. thermal insulation / heat insulation
          b. sound insulation
          c. bullet proof
 
Price
 
     The product price depends on the quality levels shown above as well as on the specific
     parameters and wings of the window. From standard quality to high-end quality the
     average price per square meter is approximately in the range 600-1,300 EUR / m².
